This paper explores the impacts of climate change on potato yields in three communities in the Bolivian Altiplano using expert elicitation. Additionally, it examines the effectiveness of irrigation techniques in mitigating these impacts. This paper’s findings highlight the heterogeneity of climate change impacts across communities, with some of them potentially benefiting from climate change.
